El interés social es el conjunto de derechos económicos que tiene un socio sobre el patrimonio de la empresa a la cual pertenece. En caso de retiro, exclusión o muerte de un socio, se tendrán como base para la liquidación del interés social, los estados financieros elaborados de acuerdo con las normas de contabilidad generalmente aceptadas, cortados a la fecha en que se produzca el evento.
