Art. 8.° La cuota de las pensiones que se concedan será la siguiente.

1° Para los que se hallen en el caso 1 ° del artículo 6° de esta lei, el sueldo integro del úlimo empleo efectivo que obtuvieran ;

2.° Hasta cuarenta pesos mensuales para cada uno de los que se hallen en el caso del numero segundo;

3.° La mitad del sueldo del empleo que desempeñaban al hacerse acreedores a la pensión; i las dos terceras partes de dicho sueldo para los mutilados i asimilados a éstos;

4.° Para los del número 4° la que determine la lei; i

5.° Para los del número 5° hasta cincuenta pesos mensuales.
