Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para aumentar el personal de las Secciones de Gendarmería que existen, hasta con trescientos Individuos.

Parágrafo

El personal de las nuevas Secciones constará de siete Capitanes, siete Tenientes, siete Subtenientes, sesenta gendarmes de primera y doscientos cuarenta de segunda clase, distribuidos de acuerdo con las necesidades que el servicio exija.
