ARTICULO 3o . Liquidador. - Para los efectos previstos en este decreto se designará un liquidador de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los estatutos, quien deberá reunir las mismas calidades exigidas para el gerente de la entidad, devengará su remuneración y estará sujeto a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éste. El liquidador de la entidad ejercerá las funciones asignadas al gerente, en cuanto no sean incompatibles con la liquidación y las disposiciones de este decreto.
