Cuando en el curso del proceso precontractual la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas profiera regulaciones que modifiquen o alteren las condiciones para contratar, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía, solicitará la adecuación de las mismas a las nuevas exigencias, concediendo para el efecto un término prudencial.
