Créase el Comité de Impulso para la administración de justicia en relación con los hechos de Villatina (Departamento de Antioquia) caso 11.141; Caloto (Departamento del Cauca) caso 11.101 y Los Uvos (Departamento del Cauca) caso 11.020. El Comité estará adscrito, para efectos administrativos, al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, conforme a la exigencia establecida en el inciso 4º, artículo 1º del Decreto-ley 1050 de 1968.
