Los documentos de licitación se mantendrán en absoluta reserva hasta el momeiito de la adjudicación. Si después de cerrada, pero antes de adjudicarla un postor modificare sus precios en términos favorables al Tesoro Público, se abrirá de nuevo por una sola vez, dando aviso de tal circunstancia a los competidores sin mencionar el nombre del postor que mejore la oferta, para que ellos confirmen o modifiquen las suyas dentro del plazo que se les señale.
