Para supervigilar la explotación de las minas y dar cuenta al Congreso, en forma reservada de la marcha de los trabajos y del rendimiento de las minas, se nombrará por la Cámara de Representantes, un Ingeniero de Minas, Inspector, con el sueldo anual de tres mil pesos ($ 3.000).
