Trámite. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional verificará que el municipio cumpla todos los requisitos y expedirá el acto administrativo que así lo reconozca y ordenará al departamento que proceda, dentro del mes siguiente, a la entrega de la administración del servicio educativo. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional deberá remitir copia del acto de reconocimiento del cumplimiento de requisitos al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público y al Departamento Nacional de Planeación para lo de su competencia.
