La designación del Registrador Municipal o Auxiliar, no podrá recaer en quien haya sido elegido para cargo de elección popular o hubiere actuado como miembro de directorio político, en los dos (2) años anteriores a su nombramiento, o sea pariente él o su cónyuge de quienes los designen o del Registrador Nacional hasta el cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad.
