Se autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para comprar los dos remolcadores de vapor Annie i Oberon i los nueve bongos de fierro con todos sus útiles i anexidades que pertenecen a la Compañía del ferrocarril de Bolívar o cesionarios de ésta, i que están actualmente al servicio del Gobierno, a virtud de espropiacion decretada, quedando arreglado definitivamente en el contrato de compra cualquier reclamo por indemnizaciones de daños i perjuicios provenientes de la mencionada espropiacion.
