Los centros de conciliación y/o arbitraje incluirán en su promoción y divulgación por cualquier medio, así como en su papelería, la mención que son vigilados por el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia. El Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia establecerá los requisitos y condiciones que deban cumplir los centros de conciliación y/o arbitraje para que esta obligación sea efectiva.
