° Ningún plantel de educación que tenga facultad para expedir diplomas de bachiller, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1601 de 1916, podrá conceder dicho título a estudiantes que no hayan cursado con aprobación, en sus propias aulas, por lo menos los cuatro últimos años cursos del bachillerato, durante un año lectivo completo.
