Con base en el nuevo recurso fiscal de que trata el artículo anterior, ábrese el siguiente crédito adicional extraordinario al Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia fiscal en curso: MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS. OBRAS E INVERSIONES CON RECURSOS DEL CREDITO CAPITULO 549-A Carreteras Nacionales . Construcción, Reconstrucción y Pavimentación. 202. Al artículo 5597|3. Para pagar a Pardo, Restrepo & Santamaría en los Pagarés números 9 y 10 con intereses al 5% anual, expedidos a su favor, el 40% de las obras ejecutadas en la construcción de la calzada automoviliaria al Bogotá-Aeropuerto Internacional, conforme a las autorizaciones del artículo 15 de la Ley 88 de 1931 y del Decreto legislativo número 3203 de 1955 y de acuerdo con las estipulaciones del contrato celebrado el 9 de septiembre de 1955 $ 68.140.12 Total $ 68.140.12
