Los empleados de que trata esta Ley y de los que habla la Ley 36 de 1923 , dependerán directamente del Ministerio de Hacienda y serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Poder Ejecutivo.

Parágrafo

Las Secciones 1ª, 3ª y 4ª del Ministerio de hacienda continuarán con el mismo personal que hoy tienen y devengarán las asignaciones señaladas en el Presupuesto vigente, quedando el Gobierno facultado para efectuar, al poner a funcionar las nuevas oficinas, la reorganización de sus diversas secciones, teniendo en cuenta las conveniencias del servicio público, y sin exceder el total que se destine a ellas en la Ley de asignaciones.
