Práctica de pruebas. El Incomex, de oficio o por solicitud de parte interesada practicará las pruebas que considere útiles, necesarias, pertinentes y eficaces para la verificación de los hechos. El término para la práctica de pruebas vencerá dos meses después del vencimiento del término de recepción de cuestionarios y de convocatoria a los interesados. En cualquier momento y antes del inicio del plazo para alegatos, el Incomex podrá realizar las visitas de verificación de que trata el artículo 51 del presente decreto.
