Artículo segundo. La exención concedida en el artículo anterior se extenderá únicamente a las partes y piezas que deban importarse conforme al contrato en el mencionado y al programa de integración de partes y piezas nacionales que se estipula en el mismo. Para los fines del presente artículo, la exención de depósito previo para cada importación que se proyecte realizar, deberá tener visto bueno del Jefe de la División de Industrias de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
