° Hay cuatro clases de acciones: Clase A.-Acciones del Gobierno Nacional. Clase B.-Acciones de la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros. Clase C.-Acciones de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero. Clase D. -Acciones del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario.

Parágrafo

En el caso de que se decrete aumento de capital social, las acciones que suscriban las entidades oficiales o semioficiales distintas de las enumeradas en este artículo, corresponden a una nueva clase, que se denominará "Clase E".
