Para la designación de los Delegados y sus suplentes en las Juntas Administradoras Regionales se someterá a lo dispuesto en las normas del Decreto 128 de 1976, sin perjuicio de oír previamente el concepto del Director del ICBF, con el fin de que tal acto se realice en favor de los intereses de la entidad. La designación de los representantes de las Asociaciones Gremiales de Patronos y las Asociaciones Sindicales de Trabajadores en las Juntas Administradoras, se hará según el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 40 de este decreto.
