Prohibición de cambio de modalidad . De ninguna manera se permitirá el ingreso de vehículos de otra modalidad, al Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial. No se podrá realizar el cambio de modalidad de los vehículos de Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Especial a otra modalidad, exceptuando el de los vehículos clase camioneta tipo carrocería doble cabina y camperos, al servicio mixto, siempre y cuando cuenten con la homologación para ésta última modalidad.
