Verificado el estudio de la documentación, el Ministerio de Educación, si fuere el caso, autorizará por medio de resolución la fundación y funcionamiento provisional de la nueva entidad, por el término de un año. Dicho permiso será renovado por dos años más; pasado este tiempo podrá darse la aprobación definitiva.
