Destínase la suma hasta de doscientos cincuenta pesos ($ 250) para pagar a un artista sobresaliente el retrato del Ilustrísimo señor doctor Isaza, el cual será ofrendado a la Arquidiócesis de Medellín, y llevará esta inscripción:

Al Ilustrísimo señor doctor José Isaza, ilustre Prelado y gran repúblico, modelo de sacerdotes y de ciudadanos.
