Son Visitadores de las Comisarías Pagadoras, los Gobernadores de los Departamento, por sí ó por medio de una de sus Secretarios, el jefe de operaciones y el Intendente del respectivo Ejército. De tales actos se dejará constancia en el libro de Ingresos y Egresos, y copia de la diligencia de visita se tomará de ésta para conocimiento del Intendente general. CAPITULO III DE LOS PROVEEDORES.
