Ley 181 de 1995 · por la cual se dictan disposiciones para el fomento del deporte, la recreación, el aprovechamiento del tiempo libre y la Educación Física y se crea el Sistema Nacional del Deporte.

Las construcciones de instalaciones y escenarios deportivos que se adelanten a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, deberán incluir facilidades físicas de acceso para niños, personas de la tercera edad y discapacitados en sillas de ruedas.

Parágrafo

Los establecimientos deportivos que integran el Sistema Nacional del Deporte deberán contar obligatoriamente con medio de accesibilidad, así como instalaciones sanitarias adecuadas, para personas con discapacidades físicas, en un plazo no mayor de cuatro (4) años, so pena de sanciones que reglamente la presente Ley.
