º . Modifícase el inciso primero del numeral 2 del artículo 1º del Decreto 2222 de 2005, el cual quedará así: "2. Cuando se trate de bienes distintos a los previstos en el numeral 1 del presente artículo, el precio de referencia será como mínimo el del avalúo comercial. En todo caso, el valor por el cual se podrá enajenar los activos será su valor en el mercado, el cual debe incorporar el costo de oportunidad del dinero y el valor presente neto de la administración y mantenimiento".
