Concluida la lectura del informativo, la Presidencia podrá ordenar la práctica de las diligencias que estime conducentes de oficio o a solicitud del fiscal, el acusado o su vocero, siempre y cuando sean realizables dentro de la audiencia y en un término no superior a veinticuatro (21) horas Enseguida el Presidente del Tribunal concede la palabra por una sola vez, en su orden, al Fiscal, acusado y vocero.
