Los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas de Policía podrán ingresar a la respectiva Escuela de Formación de Oficiales de Policía y obtener allí el grado de Subteniente, siempre que reúnan los requisitos establecidos en el Decreto número 2295 de 1954 y las condiciones fijadas en el respectivo reglamento de la Escuela.
