Cuando la Administración hubiere sido condenada al pago de una cantidad liquida de dinero, deberá acordarlo y verificarlo en la forma que determinen las disposiciones legales referentes al pago de las obligaciones y deudas del Estado, los Departamentos, Municipios y otras personas administrativas.
