Las empresas subvencionadas por el Tesoro Público, que deban rendir sus cuentas a la Corte del ramo, llevarán dichas cuentas y las comprobarán como se dispone por el artículo 266 del Decreto número 1036 de 1904, pero no estarán obligadas a remitir a la Corte, al rendir las cuentas generales, los libros originales en que describan las mencionadas cuentas. La Corte de Cuentas examinará las generales indicadas sobre las copias del libro diario que las referidas empresas deben remitir con las cuentas mensuales respectivas.
