º. Redistribución de la planta . El cambio de ubicación del empleo implica la redistribución automática de la planta, con el fin de reubicar el respectivo cargo en la nueva dependencia o municipio. La reubicación de los empleos públicos se hará de forma motivada, obedecerá exclusivamente a las necesidades del servicio y el respeto por derechos fundamentales.
