Las entidades encargadas de tomar la declaración, acogerán de forma progresiva, las actualizaciones tecnológicas que permitan recibir la declaración de acuerdo con los principios que orientan la actuación de la administración pública, según los lineamientos dados por la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas.
