Artículo decimoséptimo. Las empresas aportantes de transporte público que hasta la fecha no hayan contribuído a la financiación de "CAXDAC", estarán en adelante obligadas a hacerlo. Dichas empresas deberán relacionarse en los estudios actuariales y estarán obligadas a cubrir la parte del déficit actuarial que les corresponda, en la cuantía, plazo y condiciones que determine el Gobierno.
