En la resolución distribuidora de las contribuciones se determinarán los plazos que para su pago haya fijado previamente la Junta Directiva de la Corporación, los intereses de financiación y de mora que han de cobrarse y, los recursos de que goza el contribuyente contra el acto administrativo de imposición, con los requisitos para su ejercicio.
