Articulo 3° Los anteriores pagarés devengaran intereses a la tasa del cuatro por ciento (4%) anual, pagaderos por trimestres vencidos a partir de la fecha de emisión, por la Tesorería General de la Republica, los cuales cubrirá directamente el Gobierno Nacional con cargo a las correspondientes apropiaciones presupuestales.
