La formación profesional en el SENA será gratuita en todas sus modalidades. Para la realización de acciones de formación profesional especializada solicitadas por personas jurídicas, el Consejo Directivo Nacional podrá determinar su realización gratuita, o mediante convenios de cooperación, o estableciendo un costo por los servicios prestados.
