En las carteras de referencias se incorporarán los inventarios de muebles y útiles que debe pasar los funcionarios al Gobierno. El Director de Justicia, sobre tales inventarios, dispondrá lo conveniente para que se haga efectiva la responsabilidad por pérdidas y daños.
