Las Facultades, Institutos y Escuelas, tendrán un Consejo de Facultad, integrado en la forma que señalen los estatutos de cada Universidad.

Parágrafo

Podrán los estatutos crear organismos para el mejor funcionamiento académico de las facultades. Del patrimonio.
