Embargos . Si el deudor no denuncia bienes para el pago o los denunciados no fueren suficientes, el funcionario ejecutor solicitará toda clase de datos sobre los que a aquél pertenezcan, y las entidades o personas a quienes se les soliciten deberán suministrarlos, so pena de que se les impongan multas sucesivas de quinientos a cinco mil pesos, salvo que exista reserva legal. En caso de concurrencia de embargos, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el Artículo 542.
