°. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica en lo pertinente el artículo 1° del Decreto 3159 de 2010, el artículo 8º del Decreto 2390 de 2010 y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.

Decreto 4440 de 2010 · por el cual se amplía el término señalado en el artículo 1° del Decreto 3159 de 2010 que suspendió el plazo establecido en el parágrafo del artículo 3° del Decreto 2390 de 2010 y se prorroga el plazo establecido en el artículo 8° del Decreto 2390 de 2010.
