REGISTRO DE TÍTULOS EN LAS INSTITUCIONES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR. A las instituciones de educación superior legalmente reconocidas por el Estado corresponderá llevar el registro de los títulos profesionales expedidos dejando constancia del número de registro en el diploma y en el acta de grado. Dicho número se otorgará con sujeción a las reglas que para tal efecto expida el Gobierno Nacional. Cada seis meses, las instituciones de educación superior remitirán a las autoridades competentes que determine el Gobierno Nacional, un listado que incluya el nombre, número de registro y profesión de los graduados.
