En desarrollo de la norma contenida en el artículo 10 del Decreto número 2342 de 1971, el superavit que la Casa de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares liquide en cada ejercicio fiscal deducidas las reservas ordenadas por la ley, y Ios gastos que determine la Junta Directiva para apoyar planes generales de seguridad social y de campanas de bien estar social y familiar para el personal de oficiales y Suboficiales en uso de retiro afiliados a dicha entidad, y sus beneficiarios, se destinará exclusivamente a capitalización de la misma. En ningún caso la Junta Directiva podrá disponer de más del 40% del superavit con destino a los planes anteriormente citados.
