° De la administración. El Pondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, creado por el artículo 17 del Decreto extraordinario 3167 de 1968, será administrado por el Departamento a través de la organización y personal de planta.

Parágrafo 1

La administración del Fondo, esto es, la ordenación de gastos, la celebración de contratos con cargo a sus recursos corresponde al Jefe del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, quien podrá delegarla en el Secretario General de la entidad.

Parágrafo 2

Las labores de Tesorero del Fondo serán cumplidas por el empleado de la División Administrativa que designe el Jefe del Departamento.
