Los radioaficionados deberán confirmar los contactos que ejecuten mediante la utilización de tarjetas de confirmación (QSL).

Parágrafo 1

Las tarjetas de confirmación (QSL) no podrán contener motivos obscenos o vulgares, políticos o religiosos que atenten contra las buenas costumbres o tiendan a menguar el respeto debido a las autoridades.

Parágrafo 2

Las tarjetas de confirmación deberán enviarse por todo contacto no repetido con una misma estación.
