º OFICIALES DE LOS SERVICIOS. Son Oficiales de los Servicios de la Policía Nacional los profesionales con título de formación universitaria conforme a las normas de educación superior vigentes en todo tiempo, escalafonados en la Policía Nacional con el propósito de ejercer su profesión, o los Oficiales de la Policía Nacional que habiendo obtenido el referido título, solicitan servir en los servicios.
