Para la prestación de servicios por períodos superiores a dos (2) años, las personas señaladas en el artículo anterior deberán obtener previamente la homologación del título por parte del Ministerio de Educación Nacional o el Instituto Colombiano para el fomento de la Educación Superior ICFES y la matrícula para ejercer la profesión de Técnico Electricista les será expedida por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía con sujeción a lo establecido por el artículo 5º del presente Decreto.
