En caso de faltas graves el Ministerio de Educación Nacional podrá decretar la suspensión inmediata en el cargo al maestro o profesor inculpado, y dará aviso a la Junta Seccional respectiva para que perfeccione la investigación y dé su concepto, a fin que la entidad nominadora determine la sanción definitiva.
