Licencia especial . El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, podrá conceder licencia sin derecho a sueldo ni prestaciones sociales al miembro del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, cuyo cónyuge o compañero (a) miembro de la Fuerza Pública, sea destinado en comisión al exterior, hasta por un término máximo de dieciocho (18) meses. Esta tiempo no se computará para efectos de actividad policial ni para el reconocimiento de prestaciones sociales.
