Los empleados indicados en los números 3º y 4º del artículo 24 de la Ley, los nombrará la Junta en el mes de Febrero; no tendrán voto en las deliberaciones de la Junta ni el Secretario ni el abogado, y el período de duración de todos será de un año, pero pueden ser reelegidos. El período de los elegidos actualmente concluye el 31 de Diciembre del presente año.
