Artículo duodécimo. El extranjero provisto de la visa de turismo o de tarjeta de turismo a que se refiere el presente Decreto, no necesitara presentarse a su arribo a Colombia a las autoridades locales de policía, ni acreditar recibos sobre el pago de impuestos al salir del país y estará exento de llenar los requisitos portuarios establecidos para las personas que con carácter distinto al de turistas y aisladamente entran o salen del país, siempre que su salida del territorio nacional ocurra dentro del periodo de duración de la visa o de la tarjeta.
