Toda entrega de materiales destinados a la ejecución de trabajos la hará el Contador Almacenista por orden escrita del Administrador, basada en un presupuesto de cantidades que al efecto formulará el Director Litógrafo, y los recibos de dichos trabajos, ya terminados, se expedirán relacionándolos con la cantidad de materiales entregados.
